Production in a controlled environment implies that the warehouses are completely closed and independent from the outside environment, with controlled temperature and without external light pollution, adapting to the demands of the new genetics.
The entire internal process considers various factors, including the minimum required ventilation, maintaining an appropriate oxygen level and removing toxic gases. In addition, the feeding system and the lighting system are set from the board to provide the bird with what it requires according to its age.
At the same time, it allows a control, monitoring and recording of the consumption of water, food, internal temperature variables, ventilation and oxygen and ammonia levels, internal atmospheric pressure, as well as mortality and weight.
All this process allows to guarantee birds of excellent quality, average weight and uniformity according to age, which adapt to any territory and climate.
Likewise, the maintenance of the environmental conditions in the house allows offering greater comfort to the birds that are housed, thus complying with the maximum parameters of animal welfare.
These new nuclei, added to the investments underway, make it possible to put into practice the concept of sustainable poultry farming and once again place Cabaña Avícola Feller, at the forefront in production and biosecurity processes in the country.
